You’re a kind of unknown on the Whitman-Hanson basketball scene….what is the extent of your basketball experience? How does it feel playing in a W-H basketball league when you went to Spellman? |  |
I've been ballin' since been ballin, TEEJ. I played throughout high school, won a few intramural championships at Westfield State, participated in a little Whitman Youth Basketball coaching, and let's not forget I did attend Whitman-Hanson for nearly one full school day, so I'm not that much of an outsider.
Why do you choose to wear contacts when you play basketball instead of Horace Grant like recs specs?
The Horace Grant rec specs are just too damn intimidating to opponents, and this summer league is all about a good time. Though I did consider some sort of Antoine Carr-like wrap-arounds
You pretty good at making up nicknames for other people. You dubbed me the Weatherman years ago. Give me some good brand new nicknames for these guys:
Josh Kameese- The Big Stiff
Josh Burnett- Everyone's Favorite Burnett
Jon Hatfield- John Hatfield
Randy Fader- teammates are off limits, but if he still had that bowl cut you better believe he'd have a nickname
Team Yellow is in the cellar tied with Black with a 1-5 record. How do you think the second half of the season will pan out for the yellow team.
We're a team built for the playoffs, it's the rope-a-dope technique. Our whole team has employed it, being 1-5 is all part of the plan. Our defense will be swarming come playoffs.
You face a tough Blue squad this Sunday. What are you going to do to get an edge out there? HGH?
If you can get some HGH I'll give it a shot.
